They can be cancelled, as per specific Season Terms and Conditions.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>All cancellations or Change of Reservation Dates must be notified via email and will be subject to an administration fee. SEASON <\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">changes more than 30 days prior to arrival $20;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">changes within 15 to 30 days $50;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">changes within 8 to 14 days of arrival incur first night&#8217;s site fee + payment of site fees for any days site is <strong>not re-booked<\/strong> for same dates as original booking;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">DATE CHANGES REDUCING YOUR BOOKING ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ARRIVAL OR DURING YOUR STAY.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>GUIDE, HEARING and ASSISTANCE DOGS<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legislation.qld.gov.au\">Guide, Hearing and Assistance Dogs Act 2009<\/a><\/em> came into effect on 1st July 2009.<\/p>\n<p>The legislation ensures that every person who relies on a guide, hearing or assistance dog has the same access rights as others to public places and public passenger vehicles. This includes cafes, restaurants, pub, clubs, sports venues, taxis and buses.<\/p>\n<p>A guide dog, hearing dog or assistance dog is specially trained to perform specific physical tasks and behaviours to assist a person with a disability and reduce their need for support.<\/p>\n<p>A Companion Animal is not an Assistance Animal.<\/p>\n<p>The Federal <em>Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA) <\/em>provides protection for everyone in Australia against discrimination based on disability.
